Bio/Background:
Simon Bath was born in Brighton, England and graduated from the Vale of Catmose College in Oakham, Rutland, England.  He then attended Brighton Technical College of Culinary Arts where he earned his City & Guilds HCIMA of London in 1982.  Simon worked on Cruise Ships for eight years in management, and eventually stepped on to dry land and moved to Denver, Colorado where he attended American Health Science University and National Institute of Nutritional Education where he earned his CN designation.

Simon now resides in Eastlake, Colorado with his wife and daughter where he continues to advance his knowledge of human nutrition.
