Don’t know your exact birth time? Well, there are two ways to go about obtaining that. 

Birth Certificate with exact time does not exist? Well, here’s where I can help. This is a process called Chart Rectification. You need to provide me with your birth date and place along with a brief historical list of important dates and events in your life, such as moves, deaths in the family, marriage, divorce, accidents, surgeries, unusual events, etc. and then I compare the transits and progressions during these events to your birth date which helps to locate your True Ascendant and its degree which in turn reveals your exact birth time. Free Info: You can order a copy of your “original” birth certificate from the hospital you were born in for a nominal fee, usually between $5 and $15. If the Hospital is unknown or no longer exists, or perhaps you weren’t born in an hospital, then you need to write to the County Clerk of the County and State you were born in and specify that you want a copy of your “Original” birth certificate, the one that includes your birth time. There are usually two birth certificates on file, one with your birth time and one without. Make sure you specify which one you want, because as a matter of course, the County Clerk will send out a copy of the birth certificate that does not include your birth time which are the ones used for obtaining a passport. Also, to expedite matters, include a check to the ‘County Clerk’ for $10. Be patient, this process may take a few weeks.
